Partners, this is what your generosity is building—and it’s no longer just something we talk about or pray toward. It’s something we can see.
What began as vision is now visible. Demolition is fully complete, and that alone represents a significant milestone. The old walls… structures that once defined the limitations of the space… have been removed. This wasn’t just about tearing something down; it was about clearing the way for what God is building next. With those walls gone, the building is now open, reoriented, and ready for transformation.
Now, the next phase is officially underway. Across the building, new walls are being carefully marked out. These markings aren’t random lines on the floor… they represent future rooms, ministry environments, gathering spaces, and pathways where lives will be shaped. They’re the first visible signs of what each space will become.
This month, plumbing, electrical, and concrete work is actively happening on site. These systems may be mostly hidden when the project is finished, but they are foundational. Plumbing supports hospitality, restrooms, and kids’ environments. Electrical work prepares the building for lighting, sound, technology, and safe, functional ministry spaces. Concrete work provides stability, ensuring everything built on top of it lasts for generations. This is the kind of work that makes a building usable, safe, and ready to serve people well.
Trenching will begin soon as we prepare the foundation for the children’s area. This step is especially meaningful. Foundations determine strength, longevity, and safety, it reflects our commitment to the next generation. We are intentionally building spaces where children can learn about Jesus, experience community, and grow in faith from the ground up.
After trenching, framing will begin. This is the stage where the vision truly starts to take shape. Framing brings structure and definition, turning open space into clearly formed rooms and environments. It’s often the moment when people can finally walk through the building and say, “I can see it now.”
These are major milestones. They represent real progress, not just plans. In some areas, the project is moving exactly on schedule, and in others, we’re actually ahead. That kind of momentum doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens because of faithfulness—because partners like you stayed committed and built generosity into your rhythm. Every gift matters. Every month matters. And every act of obedience is making a visible, tangible difference in what is being built.
We’re also being intentional about passing this vision on. Soon, we’ll be launching The Future Is Now Giving Blocks, a practical way for our kids and students to actively participate in this journey. It’s designed to help them learn generosity, faith, and what it means to take ownership in building God’s house—not just someday, but now.
We also want to be open with you: we haven’t yet reached the full level of commitments needed. Even so, we’re trusting God, remaining faithful, and continuing to move forward with confidence in what He is doing in and through our church.
