1. How much will the project cost?
The current estimated cost is $7.2 million (construction + soft costs). These are preliminary numbers from Visioneering and may adjust as plans are finalized.
2. When will we move in?
Our goal is to move out of our current building by May/June 2026 and into Regent Blvd. by September/October 2026.
3. Where will we meet during the transitional period?
We are currently negotiating with the new owners of our current building to see if we can remain in place until our Regent Blvd. move-in date. At the same time, we are exploring temporary facilities near our new location to ensure a smooth transition.
4. Why is this called The Future Is Now?
Because the timeline is real. We don’t have years to wait — our current building must be vacated by 2026, and the opportunity God has given us at Regent Blvd. is already in our hands. The future isn’t someday. It’s now.
5. How does the Commitment Card work?
The card has two parts:
• Regular Giving — your ongoing tithes and offerings that sustain day-to-day ministry.
• Future Is Now Commitment — your above-and-beyond giving over the next two years, fueling the renovation of Regent Blvd.
6. What if my situation changes?
Commitments are faith steps, not contracts. If your financial situation shifts, you can adjust your giving at any time.
7. Does my gift really matter?
Absolutely. This isn’t about equal gifts — it’s about equal sacrifice. Every step of faith matters, and together as one church family, God multiplies what we give to move the vision forward.
